Sa mga health concious dyan. I highly recommend this product. Pramis, di po masama ang lasa kahit inumin nyo sya ng puro - mix these 3 together, 1tsp each, in a glass of warm water - better NOT hot or cold - will buy again pag ubos ko na :-)

At first use hindi tlga pleasant, but you'll get use to it! Napakalaking tulong sa sipon ko at ubo na on and off, on and off din pagtake ko ng meds, but I shifted to herbal...and ito ang difference, pwede ka pla gumaling at the same mas maging strong ang ktawan mo dahil sa health benefits ng mga powders na ito.
